Easy Eyelet Top & Wrap Kit

The Easy Eyelet Wrap & Top are both rectangular pieces with a simple lace pattern. These kits include enough yarn to make the top and/or wrap as specified, and the pattern. 

The Easy Eyelet Top is constructed by knitting from the front bottom of the garment to the shoulder, binding off to create the neckline, and then casting on to continue knitting down the back. Sides are then seamed to the wearer’s taste. This top is a versatile piece, as the drop shoulder design and rolled neckline give it a casual feel, while the lace pattern gives it an elegant, dressier look.

The Easy Eyelet Wrap uses the same lace pattern but adds a twisted rib edging.

Our pieces were designed using heavenly-soft LITLG Angel lace-weight yarn (70% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere Goat) and Ito Kinu lace-weight yarn (100% silk noilraw silk). An alternate yarn option if you wish to use only a single strand of yarn is Juniper Moon Farms Zooey (60% Cotton, 40% Linen), 100 grams / 248 yards.

XS (32”) S (36”), M (40”), L (44”), XL (48”), {2XL (52”), 3XL (56”), 4XL (60”)}

Materials needed:
Yarn: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 {2, 3, 3} cones of Ito Kinu, 50 grams (100% silk): 420 meters / 424 yards. Pictured in White.

Held together with 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 {2, 2, 2} skein(s) LITLG Angel Lace, 100 grams (70% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere Goat): 600 meters / 657 yards. Pictured in White.

• Size US 4, 24” circular or single pointed needle.
• Size US 5, 24” or single pointed needle, or size to get gauge.
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle for seaming sides.

Gauge: Approximately 22 stitches per 4 inches in lace pattern on a size 5 needle.

Easy Eyelet Wrap
Size: approximately 18” wide by 66” long.

Materials needed:
Yarn: 2 cones of Ito Kinu, 50 grams (100% silk): 420 meters / 424 yards. Pictured in Light Blue.

Held together with 2 skeins LITLG Angel Lace, 100 grams (70% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere Goat): 600 meters / 657 yards. Pictured in Light Blue.
